HOTEL POLICIES – DO’s & DON’Ts

For a Seamless and Comfortable Stay

DO’s

• Ensure you carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License) for verification at the time of check-in.

• Respect the hotel’s standard check-in time of 1400 hrs and check-out time of 1100 hrs, unless prior approval has been granted.

• Use the in-room safe to store cash, jewellery, passports, and other personal valuables.

• Maintain appropriate behaviour and decorum across all public areas of the hotel.

• Contact the Front Desk for assistance with housekeeping, maintenance, or any other service requirements.

• Smoke only in the designated smoking zones provided within the hotel premises.

• Keep noise levels low at all times, especially after 2200 hrs, to ensure a peaceful environment for fellow guests.

DON’Ts

• Do not smoke inside guest rooms. Violations will attract penalties as per hotel policy.

• Outside food and beverages are strictly not permitted within the hotel premises.

• Carrying or consuming outside liquor within the hotel premises is prohibited.

• Consumption of alcohol inside guest rooms is not allowed. Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed at designated hotel restaurants, bars, or approved banqueting areas.

• Pets are not allowed on the property.

• Guest rooms must not be used for meetings, parties, photoshoots, or any form of social gatherings.
